Responsible for working directly with the Head of Legal &
international counsel on all legal documents related to national and
international transactions.

Desired Qualification/Preferred
Competencies:
LLB
& BL with at least 2nd Class Upper, LLM degree will be an advantage,
Experience in OHADA related corporate & commercial matters, Fluency in
French in addition to English will be an added advantage, Previous litigation
experience in drafting, reviewing & handling/negotiating commercial
contracts in the areas of services, national & international business
transactions, & FIDIC contracts.
